役割
- Responsible for managing the banquet and catering sales in order to meet and exceed business requirements and customers’ needs whilst ensuring adherence to service standards and operating procedures.
- Plan and coordinate banquet and catering of our members.
- Respond to incoming catering opportunities.
- Responsible for coaching directly the F&B waiters and Captains as well as the other members of staff.
- Assist in planning and supervising the restaurant day to day operations in order to contribute to the enjoyment of our guests.
- Develop, implement and continually review the policies, procedures, practices and standards and control to ensure they are consistently applied.
- Recommend, plan and organize special events in the restaurant to enhance customer satisfaction as well as improving awareness and profitability of the outlet.
- Provide full secretarial and administrative support activities for the management, including the handling, preparation and writing of correspondence.
- Establish and maintain various filing/records/database.
- Trace pending issues and follow up as appropriate with other departments not limiting to F&B.
- Act with a degree of independence as liaison with both internal and external clients.
- Build excellent relationship with members and handle their enquiries, requests and complaints in a timely manner in order to maximize customer satisfactions.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior.
応募資格
- Diploma holder or above in Hospitality Management or related disciplines with at least 3 years’ experience in F&B or similar industry.
- Relevant supervisory experience in Banquet sales and management.
- Exposure in Food & Beverage including service operations is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Chinese and English).
- Considerable knowledge of complex mathematical calculations and budgetary analysis capabilities required.
- Responsible, self-motivated, energetic and customer-oriented.
- Good communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills.
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Candidate with more experience will be considered for senior position.
