Responsibilities
- Provide translation and interpretation support during zoom meetings with Japanese counterparts
- Prepare the drafting and/or translation of given materials from Japanese to English or English to Japanese
- Liaise and coordinate with colleagues from inter-departments, consultants, and any relevant parties of the project
- Coordinate, prepare and maintain project-related documentation and provide administrative support
Successful applicant
- N1 Qualification, Native Japanese speaker is preferred
- At least 3 years' related experience in translation and interpretation
- Experience in working with property developers or construction companies is preferred
- Technical knowledge on property development or construction is preferred
- University degree of relevant field
- Good team player with strong communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Japanese
