Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be involved in our property development projects of the region. He/She will assist in the planning & design coordination, sourcing of materials and project progress monitoring. He/She has to work closely with local site project team, design consultants and contractors to ensure the development is in full compliance with the required standard and specification.
Successful applicant
- Degree holder in Architecture and/or with relevant qualifications e.g. HKIA
- At least 4 years’ relevant experience in design and/or project management
- Self-motivation and strong communication skills are essential
- Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Knowledge of Japanese will be an added advantage
- Candidates with more experience will be considered as Project Manager.
